The gaze as soon as you get on board is lost from the cockpit towards the bow with large spaces and an order that give the boat an incredible exclusivity. Stylistically, the deck is characterized by a squared, flat and slender deckhouse, with large double-layer glass windows, from which the light that illuminates the entire “raised” living room diffuses. The large cockpit stems from a thorough ergonomic and functional study, deep enough to provide safety and equipment, rationally arranged to facilitate the crew and helmsman. The primary winches and the ones of the mainsail are set back and easily accessible. The mainsail halyard runs below deck back to the cockpit and can be operated remaining di-rectly at the wheel. The hydraulic rams that tunes the backstay are folded into the garage. The primary goal was to achieve a visual cleaning of the deck
The Yacht is equipped with a carbon bowsprit, designed in every detail and carefully built, to fit both gennaker and code zero and to act as a bow roller for the anchor.
The opening stern gives access to the large garage, where you can stow the 3 meters sails and numerous objects needed on board; the stern platform, flush on the water, allows an easy descent to the sea. The aft gangway is hydraulic and retractable.
The cockpit benches are wide and made even more comfor-table by the possibility of fixing waterrepellent cushions made “by design”, which can be removable and easily stowed in the garage, which also has two entrances from the cockpit. In the cockpit, the general cleaning, the two aft lockers for the storage of the life rafts, the retractable toe rail, and the completely hidden recessed mainsail travel represent unique elements. Always taking into account the mixed classic and hi-tech materials, the carbon rudder columns, and the new instruments pods, which are specifically designed and shaped in order to follow the guidelines of the deckhouse, allow to ergonomically locate all the electronic components that are now an integral part of every modern yacht. It is interesting to consider all the machinery, such as the main engine, the bow, and stern truster, the anchor and mooring winch, all the hydraulic rams, including the one that operates the lifting keel, and the full deck lighting system can be operated from the console.
By customizing it, it represents an authentic piece of architecture and technology. Made by carbon and teak, it is characterized by a shaped base in a light and elegant way. Inside, there are two separate compartments for the storage of various kinds of objects and three large displays for navigation electronics. The table top is folding and allows 6/8 people to dine comfortably.
DODGER and BIMINI
Obviously this formal research extended across the whole project could not fail to involve the dodger and the b mini, both elements that by definition must be able to mix seaworthiness and functionality, with that comfort that allows you to fully enjoy the pleasure of sailing and experiencing the sea. Both built with the help of the virtual room that allows you to “get on board” and verify every functional concept in advance, they remain elegantly linked to the muscular forms of the bridge. The Bimini, made from two aerodynamically profiled carbon arches, is full of interesting details, such as the central window, the internal lighting, and the possibility of creating a truly protected environment where to comfortably live outside even when the weather is not particularly favourable.
Many details are designed and modelled specifically to add exclusivity to this yachts. For instance, the recess of the dodger is completely hidden by teak finished panels; the fairleads made CNC, which are inserted inside the bulwark that runs seamlessly from stern to bow, and the pulpits, shaped in an exclusive way, take the lines of the for-mal project in an interesting philosophical unicuum.
