KASTER – ERYD 40 xsm, new model in the ERYD range has been designed in accordance with IRC and ORC regulations.

The hull has been carefully designed using the most advanced VPP and CFD (computational fluid dynamics) methods

to ensure balanced and high-performance behavior in both windward/leeward and coastal races.

Regatta version, with tiller and double steering wheels, easily convertible into a performance cruiser version. The interior offers a spacious dinette and six berths, with a galley and bathroom on the starboard side.

The construction, with great attention to detail, uses unidirectional and biaxial fiberglass sandwich fabrics, with corecell and epoxy resin.

The mast, boom, and bowsprit are made of carbon. The unique design gives the whole structure superior rigidity and allows for weight reduction.
